Toland Home Garden Policies
ORDER MINIMUMS
Toland Home Garden requires a $250.00 minimum on first orders. New accounts must be
approved (see TERMS below). There is a $100 minimum on all other orders.
TERMS
The full amount of each invoice is due and payable net 30 days from the date of shipment,
unless stated otherwise. Toland Home Garden may stop the shipment of pending orders
if payment for an earlier order is not received within the specified time. If the customer
fails to pay an invoice, the customer agrees to pay 1.5% finance fees, 25% collection
fees, court costs, and attorney fees when necessary. Use of this account acknowledges
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
A credit application is required to determine eligibility for credit terms. New accounts require approximately 2 weeks to process. Orders will not be shipped until credit is approved. Credit is revocable at any time at the discretion of Toland Home Garden. Toland Home Garden is a member of several credit reporting groups and shares credit information with other businesses in the gift sale industry.

Orders ship within 10 working days.
FREIGHT
FOB Toland Home Garden. Shipping location: Port Townsend, WA 98368.
All orders shipping UPS ground to commercial locations within the United States will be
assessed freight charges that equal UPS posted rates minus our in-house 20% volume
discount. Discounts on Express and residential shipments may vary. International orders
will be assessed freight charges equal to UPS posted rates. Our volume discounts for
international shipments may vary.
GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Toland Home Garden is committed to providing the best quality merchandise at the
best price. All Toland Home Garden products are guaranteed free from manufacturing
defects. Please inspect your shipment upon its arrival. Should you receive a damaged
or defective product, call our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt
of order for replacement or credit. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of
goods. All returns must have prior authorization from our Customer Service Department.
Return Authorization number and call tag must appear on outside of box. Returns must
be received by Toland Home Garden within 30 days of receipt of original order. All
unauthorized returns will be refused.
BACKORDERS
Backorders will be shipped without notification within 90 days of original ship date, unless
the customer cancels the order first. All backorders under $50.00 will be automatically
canceled. Please submit these items on your next order.
